These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Binfinite, a comics marketplace for iOS and Android. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Binfinite. The service is currently available in the United States and Canada.

Buying and selling

• Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their items, setting prices, and shipping sold items promptly with their own postage.
• Buyers agree to pay the listed price at checkout. The price shown is the price — Binfinite does not run auctions or display buyer-side valuations.
• Payments and seller payouts are processed by Stripe. Platform fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of sale.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including listing counterfeit or stolen goods, engaging in fraud, harassing other users, or attempting to circumvent platform fees or safety mechanisms.

Disputes and refunds

If an order doesn't arrive as described, you may open a dispute in the app. We review disputes and may issue refunds in accordance with our policies.

Disclaimers & liability

Binfinite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binfinite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Binfinite after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
