Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Binfinite ("we", "us") operates a mobile-first comics marketplace for iOS and Android. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Binfinite you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account & payment details. When you sign up we receive your email address and shipping address from Apple Pay or Google Pay, and a payment processor (Stripe) handles your card data — we never store full card numbers.
- Marketplace activity. Listings you create, items you buy or sell, swipes, saved items, bundles, orders, reviews, and disputes.
- Location. Approximate location (derived from your postal code) to power the distance-based discovery feed.
- Device & usage data. App interactions and diagnostic data, collected via privacy-respecting product analytics, to improve the service.
How we use information
- To operate the marketplace — listing, discovery, orders, and payouts.
- To process payments and seller payouts through Stripe.
- To prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
- To improve features and understand how the app is used.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us run Binfinite (such as our payment processor and infrastructure providers), and with other users only as necessary to complete a transaction (for example, a buyer's shipping address is shared with the seller for fulfillment). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can review and update your account information in the app, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data. To make a privacy request, contact us at privacy@binfinite.app.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
