Website Terms of Use

These Website Terms of Use ("Site Terms") govern your use of binfinite.app and the content and forms on it, including the launch waitlist. They are an agreement between you and Binfinite LLC ("Binfinite", "we", "us"). If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
What these terms are not
These Site Terms cover visiting this website. They are not the marketplace terms of sale. Buying or selling comics on Binfinite — orders, payments, fees, shipping, refunds, and disputes — is governed by our Terms of Service and, if you sell, by the Seller Agreement. Where these Site Terms and either of those conflict on a marketplace transaction, those govern. A separate End User License Agreement for the app itself is being finalized and is not published yet.
The launch waitlist
- Joining the waitlist does not create a Binfinite account, reserve anything, or entitle you to early access — it tells us you're interested and lets us email you about launch.
- Give us an email address you're entitled to use. Don't sign anyone else up, and don't submit an address you don't control.
- Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Dates, features, and anything else we describe as coming are current intentions, not commitments. They can change.
Acceptable use
When you use this site, please don't:
- submit false, automated, or bulk waitlist entries, or otherwise interfere with our forms;
- scrape, crawl at a rate that degrades the site, or attempt to probe, scan, or breach it or any related system;
- introduce malware, or use the site to distribute spam or unlawful material;
- impersonate Binfinite or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with us; or
- use the site in any way that breaks the law.
We may restrict or block access to the site if it's being used this way.
Our content
The Binfinite name, logo, wordmark, site design, text, and graphics are owned by Binfinite or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the site, but you may not copy or reuse our branding or content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission. Comic cover art, character names, and publisher marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. Open-source components used on the site are credited on our Licenses page.
Links to other sites
This site links to places we don't run, including the Apple App Store and Google Play. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control.
No warranty
This website is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Binfinite is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these Site Terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the updated version.
Governing law
These Site Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING-LAW STATE — TBD by counsel] — the U.S. state in which Binfinite LLC is organized — without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, matching the governing-law section of our Terms of Service. This site is aimed at visitors in the United States.
